ThomsonAdsett welcomes new Principals

Top-tier Australian architecture firm ThomsonAdsett is excited to welcome four new shareholding partners from across the practice.

ThomsonAdsett's Brisbane studio welcomes Ben Kearney, whilst the Cairns, Rockhampton and Sydney studios welcome Tim Bentley, Russell Girle and John Perry respectively.

"At ThomsonAdsett we have long realised that a successful organisation is one with a dynamic and diverse ownership group," said Group Managing Director, Rob Adsett.

"Our new partners are not new to the business; all have already worked with us for a number of years. In many ways, becoming a shareholder largely means business as usual for Ben, Tim, Russell and John. However, each is now invested in the growth and success of the business and therefore the success of our clients' businesses. It's a win-win situation."

The new Principals were inducted at an annual shareholders' conference on the Gold Coast. As a team building exercise, the Principals were joined in the surf by ex-Iron Man Trevor Hendy, who brought the team together by sharing his inspirational journey from professional lifesaver to life coach.

ThomsonAdsett now operates under the expertise of 25 Principals, all passionately committed to the continued growth of the firm through providing clients with responsive design service and delivering innovative, inspiring design.
