ThomsonAdsett has been the architect for the original centre and the latest redevelopment. The redevelopment and expansion involves the closure of a road and a Council car park. We have worked closely with the Council to relocate and construct the new Council car park and redirect a service vehicle route under a heritage viaduct.

The redevelopment has been designed to integrate with the main street, via active shopfront, arcades and vertical linkages to provide a successful design outcome for the client, Council and Grafton's residents.
