David directs the practice's Brisbane office. He has over thirty years experience in architecture and has contributed as project architect to major commercial, community and care projects.

As one of Australia's best known architectural specialists in the Eldercare industry, David Lane has worked on major projects in Australia, Asia, Europe, US and Canada. As Joint Group MD David has been instrumental in developing ThomsonAdsett's reputation as a specialist consultancy practice.

Dayne has considerable project experience in all facets of architecture from masterplanning through to contract administration. Dayne leads the Lismore team and is a Green Building Council of Australia Accredited Professional.

Don is the leader of Studio 39 and is TA's Design Director. Don is a highly experienced architect and urban designer with a background in civic projects, health and aged care facilities, retail and commercial developments.

Gavin has a wealth of experience in design, documentation and contract administration across many disciplines and is active within the Studio 39 team. Gavin is active in TA Systems decisions.

Since 1986, Greg has worked as Project Architect on a wide array of projects at ThomsonAdsett.

Matthew's passion is social and community architecture. He understands the needs of "not for profit" clients and leads teams of specialists on diverse projects for major client bodies.

Possessing all-round architectural skills, Nic has excelled in the planning and design of healthcare facilities and has extensive local and international experience in the delivery of large and complex health-focused buildings.

Within the Melbourne office Patrick is a Design leader who works with a number of architects in delivering innovative solutions. He has extensive expertise is the design of aged care, commercial, industrial, residential and urban design projects.

Sue has practiced in the field of aged and dementia-care architecture almost exclusively for over 18 years. Sue is the Principal responsible for the ThomsonAdsett aged care team in New South Wales.

Tieran leads teams of architects in several health, aged care and residential projects. Tieran has developed a particular understanding of current and future trends of designing accommodation for Australia's elderly.

Wayne is an experienced leader who delivers projects over a wide geographical area and heads teams of architects in a large number of disciplines.

Anton is a design specialist and has wide experience in international health projects, as well as residential and landscape design.

Ben is a design specialist adept at delivering urgent projects across a range of large, multi-disciplinary community, infrastructure and commercial projects.

David has worked on a wide variety of architectural projects throughout his career and has specialised in aged care facilities in the last 20 years.

Judy commenced her professional career as a registered nurse, and has more than 20 years clinical and management experience. Judy is responsible for leading the company's business development by managing client services with a major focus in health, aged care and retirement living.

Ken has worked in fields as diverse as health and aged care, resdiential, commercial and education. He has worked on both small- and- large- scale projects from the masterplanning of large government sites to small aged care facilities.

Paul has over 20 years of experience in design, documentation and contract administration of a range of projects. Office and people management are Paul's core skills.
