Charles has benefited from over 30 years experience designing education facilities covering the full gamut of early learning, primary, secondary and tertiary facilities. Charles' practice Glanville Architects merged with ThomsonAdsett in 2009.

Chris leads architectural teams on educational, ecclesiastic, residential, retail and aged care projects. Chris is the Practice Director of TA's Regional Qld office.

As well as serving as TA's Group Chairman, Chris specialises in all facets of design and in a wide spread of disciplines. He has made significant advances is designing lifestyle retirement accommodation.

Costa delivers successful architectural responses to commercial projects developments. He has an intimate knowledge of major retailers' standards and operational requirements and is conversant with all building procurement methods, maintaining direct involvement in projects through to completion.

David directs the practice's Brisbane office. He has over thirty years experience in architecture and has contributed as project architect to major commercial, community and care projects.

As one of Australia's best known architectural specialists in the Eldercare industry, David Lane has worked on major projects in Australia, Asia, Europe, US and Canada. As Joint Group MD David has been instrumental in developing ThomsonAdsett's reputation as a specialist consultancy practice.

Dayne has considerable project experience in all facets of architecture from masterplanning through to contract administration. Dayne leads the Lismore team and is a Green Building Council of Australia Accredited Professional.

Don is the leader of Studio 39 and is TA's Design Director. Don is a highly experienced architect and urban designer with a background in civic projects, health and aged care facilities, retail and commercial developments.

Gavin has a wealth of experience in design, documentation and contract administration across many disciplines and is active within the Studio 39 team. Gavin is active in TA Systems decisions.

Since 1986, Greg has worked as Project Architect on a wide array of projects at ThomsonAdsett.

As a Commercial specialist, Liza leads teams in the development of documentation for council submissions, staging plans, spatial planning, construction documentation and leasing documents for retail and commercial developments.

Matthew's passion is social and community architecture. He understands the needs of "not for profit" clients and leads teams of specialists on diverse projects for major client bodies.

Mike has been involved in retail planning and design for more than 40 years and has been responsible for the delivery of more than 60 retail developments. Mike is widely acknowledged in the retail industry as one of its leasing design specialists.

Within the Melbourne office Patrick is a Design leader who works with a number of architects in delivering innovative solutions. He has extensive expertise is the design of aged care, commercial, industrial, residential and urban design projects.

Co-founder of the firm, Rob's vision has seen ThomsonAdsett grow into a successful international architectural practice. Currently serving as Joint Group MD he occupies an integral role in the ongoing success of ThomsonAdsett.

A key team member at ThomsonAdsett for over 30 years, Steve as Group Practice Director is responsible for the group's quality management systems, continuing education programmes and all practice management systems.

Sue has practiced in the field of aged and dementia-care architecture almost exclusively for over 18 years. Sue is the Principal responsible for the ThomsonAdsett aged care team in New South Wales.

Tieran leads teams of architects in several health, aged care and residential projects. Tieran has developed a particular understanding of current and future trends of designing accommodation for Australia's elderly.

Tony is acknowledged in the retail industry as one of its leading specialist architects. He possesses particular expertise in negotiation, site analysis, retail master planning and design development.

Wayne is an experienced leader who delivers projects over a wide geographical area and heads teams of architects in a large number of disciplines.
